01Who we are
dimension. is an independent music label. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit dimension-records.com, send us a demo, or email us.
We are responsible for your data (the "controller"). For any question about your data, email [email protected].
02What we collect
When you send a demo, we receive what you type into the form:
- artist name, email address and track title
- the private link to your music, and optionally your genre, artist profile link and message
- your two confirmations (rights and policy), and the time you sent the form
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks. We do not use this data to identify you.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or a newsletter.

We do not sell your data. We do not make automated decisions about you.
04Services we use
These providers process data for us, only for the purposes above:

| Spotify | Cover art and artist photos load from Spotify's servers when you open the site. The music player loads only when you press Play. After that, Spotify's privacy policy applies. |
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, for example in the USA. They protect it with legal safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our fonts and scripts are stored on our own site. We do not load Google Fonts or other external font services.
05How long we keep it
- Demos and related emails: up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete them.
- If we work together: as long as the collaboration lasts, and after that as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
- Technical data: only for the short time that our hosting provider needs for delivery and security.
You can ask us to delete your demo and your data earlier at any time.
06Your rights
You have the right to:
- get a copy of the data we have about you
- correct data that is wrong
- have your data deleted
- limit how we use your data, or object to it
- receive your data in a common format, to give it to someone else
To use a right, email [email protected]. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
